At last we finally get our first look at Dune Part 2 in the new official trailer! The saga continues as award-winning filmmaker Denis Villeneuve brings us “Dune: Part Two,” the next chapter in the adaptation of Frank Herbert’s celebrated novel Dune, with an expanded all-star international ensemble cast. This highly anticipated follow-up to 2021’s six-time Academy Award-winning “Dune” continues Villeneuve’s stunning adaptation Frank Herbert‘s seminal sci-fi novel. Timothée Chalamet also returns as The Chosen One on the desert planet of Arrakis, picking up from Part One’s cliffhanger ending.
In this new trailer Warner Bros. gives us a sneak peak at the scene we’ve all been waiting for in Dune Part 2 -: Paul Atreides riding a sandworm! We also witness the rise of Paul as the revolutionary leader he was always destined to become. Along with returning cast members Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, Dave Bautista, Stellan Skarsgård and Josh Brolin, new A-listers join the ensemble cast including Florence Pugh, Léa Seydoux, Christopher Walken, and Austin Butler.
“Dune: Part Two” will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.
Of all the films scheduled for 2023, Dune Part 2 is the one I’ve been looking forward to the most. Dune Part Two opens in theaters on November 3, 2023.

Your welcome. I’ve been really looking forward to Dune Part 2, so was great to see a glimpse of what’s in store in the next movie. Really enjoyed the first film and glad to see it looks like this will be just as good as well. Bit early to say for sure yet, but it could well be available on streaming services by then perhaps, and on blu ray not too long after.
YES! I forgot this trailer was coming out. It looks gorgeous. I am really excited for this movie. I have to admit it gave me goosebumps watching it! Let’s hope they can deliver a fitting Part 2.
Me took, this one blindsided me as well LOL! I’m really looking forward to Dune Part 2, the first film was great, and from the looks of this trailer Part 2 seems even more epic!

Still haven’t got around to seeing the first one yet. At this point, I’m kind of waiting for the second movie’s release before I see the first one.
Yes, it'[d probably be best to see the first one just before the second film comes out, then you’ll be able to enjoy the story more. I really liked the fist movie, thought it was a great adaptation of the first half of Herbert’s classic novel, and Dune Part 2 is shaping up to be an epic finale.
Man I’m behind here as I haven’t seen the first one which I almost feel is sacrilege being such a devotee to the books back in my HS school days. My apologies to the Frank Herbert Universe and to Denis Villeneuve. I Must step up my game! 🙂
Highly recommend the Dune movie, I’m a huge fan of the books, and I think you’d really enjoy it. Vileneuve’s adaptation of Herbert’s work is superb and the film looks amazing. DUNE Part 2 isn’t out until November, so you’ve still got plenty of time to catch up with the first movie.
